Welcome to Curated Antithesis ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from our online store. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

 
1. Store & Account Terms

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made at our store.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

 
2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this site—including but not limited to brand names, logos, original artwork, custom apparel designs, geometric icons, text, graphics, images, and digital downloads—is the exclusive intellectual property of Curated Antithesis and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our designs, brand assets, or website content without express written permission from us.

 
3. Products, Pricing & Availability

  • Limited Drops & Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, because pieces are produced in small studio batches or through custom print-on-demand processes, minor variations may occur.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or limited drop without liability.

  • Order Cancellations: We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

 
4. Shipping, Delivery & Fulfillment

Our orders are fulfilled using a hybrid model consisting of local studio handcrafted pieces and custom print-on-demand (POD) items.

  • Split Shipments: Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages from different facilities. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: Standard domestic shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10.00, or FREE on orders $100.00+.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been scanned and handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS), Curated Antithesis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Inquiries regarding lost transit packages must be directed to the carrier using your tracking number.

 
5. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • No Cash Refunds: As an independent studio producing limited-run apparel, we do not issue cash or original-payment refunds.

  • Store Credit (CA Cash): Items eligible for exchange or return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Returned items in unwashed, unworn, original condition will be credited as CA Cash (Store Credit).

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Damaged or incorrect items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue for a swift replacement.

6. Recurring Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

  • By subscribing to any Curated Antithesis recurring box tier (1-Piece, 2-Piece, or 3-Piece Box), you agree to an initial charge followed by recurring monthly billing until you pause or cancel.

  • Continuous Billing & Authorization: Your subscription will automatically renew every thirty (30) days from your initial checkout date. You authorize Curated Antithesis to automatically charge your designated payment method on file for the agreed-upon tier rate ($38.00, $68.00, or $98.00 per month) plus any applicable local sales taxes.

  • Complimentary Fulfillment: Each successfully processed monthly renewal enters production and ships via complimentary standard domestic shipping within 7-10 business days. Recurring subscription tiers are strictly limited to domestic destinations within the United States.

  • Cancellation & Notice Period: You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your member account under My Subscriptions, or by emailing hello@curatedantithesis.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request." To avoid being billed for the upcoming cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to your scheduled renewal date.

  • Final Sale & Exchanges: Due to the custom-curated nature and batch production of each box, recurring subscription orders are non-refundable once billed and fulfilled. Unworn, unwashed items in original condition remain eligible for direct size exchange within fourteen (14) days of package delivery.

 
7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curated Antithesis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this site, purchase of products, or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the applicable purchase.

 
8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 
9. Changes to Terms

You can review the most current version of the Terms & Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
